Auto FormatUpdated 24 minutes ago
Auto Format refines your voice input automatically. When you speak, it removes filler words, cuts repeated content, handles self-corrections, and improves the structure of your text so the output is clear and ready to use.
Auto Format is on by default. It runs on every recording unless you change the setting.
What Auto Format does
You say | You get |
Let's meet Friday... actually no, Monday morning. | Let's meet on Monday morning. |
Three things: meet the deadline, check quality, and send the report. | 1. Meet the deadline 2. Check quality 3. Send the report |
Auto Format handles two things:
· Smart Polish — removes filler words ("um," "uh"), cuts repeated content, and cleans up self-corrections
· Smart List — detects when you're listing items and formats the output as a numbered or bulleted list
Change your Auto Format setting
Go to Settings in the SpeakON app and find Auto Format. You have three options:
· On — refines every recording automatically (default)
· Off — keeps exactly what you said, no changes
Does Auto Format change what I meant?
No. Auto Format cleans up how something is said, not what it means. The content and intent of your message stays the same.
