How to charge
Connect any standard USB-C cable to the charging port on the top of the device. Use a standard 5V charger. Chargers with output above 6V may not charge the device correctly.
A full charge from empty takes under 1.5 hours. The indicator light flashes green slowly while charging and stays solid green when complete.
Battery life
· Continuous recording (connected to app): 17+ hours
· Typical daily use (around 2 hours/day): up to 7 days per charge
· Standby (connected to app, not recording): up to 12 days
Tips
· Disconnect the device or power it off when you're not using it. Bluetooth uses the battery even when idle.
· If battery life seems shorter than expected, try a full cycle: use the device until it shuts off, then charge to 100% (solid green) and keep charging for an extra 30 minutes.
· Make sure firmware is up to date — check in Account > Device.
Charging troubleshooting
Issue | What to check |
Won't charge | Check USB-C port and cable for debris. Try a different cable and a standard 5V adapter. |
Charging indicator not showing | If the battery is fully drained, keep it connected for at least 30 minutes before checking. |
Charging in extreme temperatures | Charging pauses below 0°C or above 45°C. Move to normal room temperature. |
Taking too long | Use an adapter with at least 0.5A output. Low-current ports charge slowly. |
