Return policy for the device

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the SpeakON hardware. To be eligible:

· The item must have been purchased from the official SpeakON website at speakon.app

· You must provide a valid receipt, order number, and the product serial number (SN)

· Items that have been tampered with or have missing serial numbers are not eligible

How to start a return

Contact support at [email protected] or through live chat. Have your order number and device serial number ready.

Return process

After contacting support, the team may first offer troubleshooting. If a return is approved:

· For manufacturing defects: SpeakON provides a prepaid shipping label

· For personal preference returns: you may arrange your own shipping or use a prepaid label with a fixed fee deducted from the refund

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after the device is received.

Refunds for App Store subscriptions

Submit your request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Purchased from a second-hand seller?

Returns and refunds are only available for products purchased directly from speakon.app.
