Set up the SpeakON appUpdated 31 minutes ago

SpeakON works as an iOS keyboard, so setup takes a few minutes before you can start using it. Follow these steps in order.

Step 1: Download the app

Download the SpeakON app from the App Store:

If you already have it, update to the latest version before continuing.

To update the app:

  • Open the App Store on your iPhone.
  • Search for SpeakON.
  • Tap Update if a newer version is available.
  • Once the update is complete, reopen the SpeakON app.

Step 2: Sign in

SpeakON supports three sign-in methods:

· Sign in with Apple

· Sign in with Google

· Sign in with Email (verification code — no password needed)

Signing in creates your account automatically. There is no separate registration step. If you use the same email address across different sign-in methods, SpeakON recognizes them as the same account.

Step 3: Add the SpeakON keyboard

Go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard and select SpeakON.

Then tap SpeakON in your keyboard list and turn on Allow Full Access. This is required for voice input, AI formatting, translation, and Dictionary sync to work.

Why does SpeakON need Allow Full Access? SpeakON is an iOS third-party keyboard. Apple requires this permission for keyboards that use online features such as voice recognition, AI formatting, and translation. It does not mean SpeakON reads your passwords or private data. In sensitive fields like passwords or payment forms, iOS automatically switches back to the system keyboard.

Step 4: Complete onboarding

Follow the in-app onboarding steps. Once complete, your 14-day Pro trial activates automatically — no payment needed.

You’re ready to use SpeakON. Open any app, tap a text field, and switch to the SpeakON Keyboard. Choose the Voice Keyboard to speak or the Text Keyboard to type—you can switch between them anytime.
