The device needs to be charged before pairing &#x2014; connect it to a USB-C charger for at least 30 minutes if it&apos;s new or hasn&apos;t been used in a while.</p><h2 id="step-1-turn-on-the-device"><strong>Step 1: Turn on the device</strong></h2><p>Press and hold the Power button on the back of the device for 2 seconds. The indicator light glows solid blue for 3 seconds, then turns off. You&apos;ll feel one long vibration. The device is now on and Bluetooth is active.</p><h2 id="step-2-open-the-device-page-in-the-app"><strong>Step 2: Open the Device page in the app</strong></h2><p>In the SpeakON app, go to Account &gt; Device, then tap Add Device.</p><h2 id="step-3-follow-the-pairing-steps"><strong>Step 3: Follow the pairing steps</strong></h2><p>Follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing. When connected, the indicator light flashes blue three times and you&apos;ll feel one short vibration.</p><p>After the first pairing, the device reconnects automatically when it&apos;s within range and Bluetooth is on. You don&apos;t need to pair again.</p><h2 id="step-4-attach-the-device-to-your-iphone"><strong>Step 4: Attach the device to your iPhone</strong></h2><p>Press the device magnetically to the back of your iPhone. The device attaches to iPhone 12 and later with built-in MagSafe. For other cases or older-style cases without magnetic support, use the included magnetic ring.</p><p>Compatible iPhones: Any iPhone running iOS 16 or above. Check your version at Settings &gt; General &gt; About.</p><p>Always connect the device through the SpeakON app. Trying to pair from Settings &gt; Bluetooth will not work.</p>

Your text appears at the cursor.</li></ol><h2 id="a-few-things-to-know"><strong>A few things to know</strong></h2><p>&#xB7; Each recording session runs for up to 5 minutes. When the limit is reached, the light flashes red and you&apos;ll feel one long vibration. Press again to start a new session.</p><p>&#xB7; SpeakON applies &#x201C;Auto Format&#x201D; by default &#x2014; filler words and repetition are cleaned up automatically. You can turn this off in Settings.</p><p>&#xB7; &#x201C;Style&#x201D; adjusts the tone of your output based on the app you&apos;re writing in. You can change it from the keyboard anytime.</p>
