Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
Supported shipping destinations
SpeakON currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or P.O. boxes. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

Delivery time is counted from the date of shipment, not the order date. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships.
Track your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it on the carrier's website to check delivery status. You can also check order status by logging into your account at speakon.app.
Pre-orders
If you placed a pre-order, your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order ships. Pre-order shipping timelines are listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Incorrect or incomplete address
If you need to update your shipping address, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
