The SpeakON device comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and hardware issues under normal use.

During this period, SpeakON provides complimentary replacement or repair for hardware functional failures that occur under normal operating conditions. To make a claim, you'll need your device serial number (SN) and proof of purchase.

What's not covered

· Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or misuse

· Water damage

· Unauthorized modifications or repairs

· Normal wear and tear

· Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand platforms

How to make a warranty claim
