You have the right to return SpeakON hardware within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as received—unused and unaltered—and must include the original box, manuals, cables, and all accessories.

You must provide a valid receipt, order number, and the product's serial number (SN).

Items purchased from sources other than the official website, or those that have been tampered with or have missing serial numbers, are not returnable.
