If I purchased a hardware and software bundle, can I return it for a refund?
Yes, bundles can be returned as long as the hardware has not been used and the digital services remain unactivated. Please note that both of these requirements need to be satisfied together for the bundle to be eligible for a return.
If I subscribed within the app, can I get a refund?
