After you contact support, they will first provide some troubleshooting steps, to see if the issue can be resolved immediately.
If the support team determines that a return is necessary, they will authorize the request and provide you with further instructions.
For manufacturing defects, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
If the return is due to personal preference, you may choose to arrange your own shipping or use a prepaid label we provide, with a fixed fee deducted from the final refund.
Due to the distance and shipping process, it may require a few days of patient waiting after you send out the device.
You are also welcome to contact our support team at any time to check on the progress. As soon as we receive the device you sent back, we will process your refund immediately.
Once everything is approved, you can typically expect the refund to appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
