Once the SpeakON keyboard is set up, you can use voice input in any app with a text field — email, messages, notes, documents, and more.
Using the SpeakON device
1. Open any app and tap inside a text field.
2. Switch to the SpeakON keyboard by tapping and holding the globe icon on your current keyboard, then selecting SpeakON.
3. Press and hold the Record button on your SpeakON device.
4. Speak naturally. The indicator light stays solid green while recording.
5. Release the button when you're done. Your text appears at the cursor.
Using the app keyboard
- Open any app and tap inside a text field.
- Switch to the SpeakON keyboard.
- Tap the microphone button in the center of the keyboard to start, or press and hold it to record while held.
- Speak, then tap again to stop (or release if holding). Your text appears at the cursor.
A few things to know
· Each recording session runs for up to 5 minutes. When the limit is reached, the light flashes red and you'll feel one long vibration. Press again to start a new session.
· SpeakON applies “Auto Format” by default — filler words and repetition are cleaned up automatically. You can turn this off in Settings.
· “Style” adjusts the tone of your output based on the app you're writing in. You can change it from the keyboard anytime.
