Delete your content

You can delete saved Notes, transcripts, and dictation history directly in the SpeakON app at any time.

Delete your account

Account deletion permanently removes all your data — local and cloud — and cannot be undone.

1. Go to the Account tab in the SpeakON app.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign out.
3. On the sign-out page, tap Deactivate account and confirm.

Manage Cloud Sync

Go to Account > Settings to enable or disable Cloud Sync.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

· Access — request a copy of personal information associated with your account

· Correction — request that inaccurate information be corrected

· Deletion — request deletion of your personal information

· Restriction — request that processing be limited

· Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

· Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time

California residents have additional rights including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. SpeakON does not sell personal data.
